Well, with no bites on my 95 SHO project, I figure I might as well refresh the stock 3.0 MTX i took out of an 89 and drop it in.

Anyone able to help me refresh the motor for a few bucks, etc?

Cheers.....need this situation resolved.

Not close enough to lend a hand but if it's already out of the car and on an engine stand, it should be very easy to work on.

Yes its already on a stand. Just haven't ever replaced rod bearings on one of these before. I assume it should be straightforward...
