Just got back from the dealer and hit 35k in eleven months. Had the taillight trim replaced and TSB on the brakes done. I have the extended 100,000 mile warranty, but I guess some trim items aren't covered. Before she gets out of bumper to bumper 36,000 mile warranty, any thoughts on what needs to be done that the extended won't cover?

Why not? I thought everything was covered in the first year. WTF.
Ask at another dealer or phone Ford.

I think he means his ESP wont cover trim. He is correct.

The first year or 12000 miles of the factory warranty will cover just about everything. Alignments , wiper blades etc... but Ford has changed some time and mileage limitations on brake pads and wiper blades recently.

Yeah, I'm at 29,000 in 7 months on my 2011. I am seeing the tail light chrome peel on right rear, so I will be taking it in soon. Other than that, no issues other than my own.

You got some serious seat time there First-SHO....you must be in sales???? or you just enjoy cruising a lot?

That peeling thing disappoints me a little. I was hoping the '10's had a bad batch and that the '11's would have better quality and the issue solved.
If that's as bad as things get then I won't get too excited.;)

Yeah, I drive 1500 in two days every other week. Covering an area from one of my salesman who decide to leave.

I'll bet you choose vacations spots that you can fly to.;)

That's a lot of miles just for business. Hopefully you 'll get a replacement soon for the vacancy.
At least the SHO will help all those miles be a little more enjoyable. For your sake I hope so.
