Anyone happen to check the cost of the 20" stock rims?

I curbed one the other day, going to get a repair cost on it, but was wondering what the OEM rim goes for anyway...

I curbed my front driver side rim twice already. I cringed for miles after both incidents. I am not a fan of rims that contact curbs before tires but $230 isnt a bad price.

thanks Pont for the search and find

Yeah, that price doesn't seem right. Call Ford and see how much they really cost. If that is indeed a new rim for the 2010, that's a helluva deal bro. You better get more than one if you've already began to s'curb the rims.

I checked that website again, it is a reconditioned wheel. I'm not so sure it's the exact wheel since it's probably way too early to have a stock of those wheels around. Detroit Wheel and Tire (http://www.detroitwheelandtire.com/ ) I've found to have decent prices for OEM wheels, but they don't have 2010 MY yet. There is a website for genuine Ford parts that lists that exact wheel, but get ready for some genuine sticker shock... MSRP for that wheel is $690 and they sell it for $493! Here's a link, but that's to the Taurus page, you have to navigate to the year and part. https://www.fordoemparts.net/ford-taurus-parts.html I'd live with it until they become available at places like Detroit Wheel and Tire.

$689.85 from Ford directly.

That is alot, but doesn't sound bad considering a stock wheel for my Ram SRT10, which is similar in style and only 2" bigger than the SHO wheel listed for $1,100-1,600 from dealers when they were only 1-2 years old. Were wider too, but certainly not $500+. Glad I didn't end having to buy one for that.

I fortunately got my wheel replaced from my lil fender bender a few months back. Cost body shop 690 for wheel. I kept the old one, cost me 50 bucks to prevent it from being tossed in trash. so now I have a spare.

Hit a pothole last week (in the dark) and blowed out the RF tire with a bent inner lip on the wheel, no spare in the SHO so the rollback hauled it in to the dealer who sent the wheel out and had it fixed. My total cost was 650 with new F1 Goodyear and alignment to get back rolling three days later.

Lesson learned: Get a spare and a jack and a lug wrench for the SHO.. ASAP
The air compressor with the can of fix a flat attached to it will leave
you stranded although my dealer did give me a new Limited to drive once
I did get there.

Looks to me that they have the bolt pattern listed wrong. That is a 99-01 Cobra wheel, only made in 5x4.5

The 2010 SHO now has the 5x4.5 bolt pattern. Same as the 'Stang now. Ford is cutting back on some of their oddball bolt patterns and spreading the same ones on vehicles to help keep some costs down. It's the offset that will be different though.

Performance Pack SHOs with the 20s get the spare delete treatment.

I have a Limited 2009 18" Rim with tire with a jack and lug wrench in the trunk.
