You might be able to use the rotors that fit on new Mustangs. It shares the same bolt pattern and hub dia, so they might work. They would need to be mocked up first of course. If the bolt spacing for the caliper is the same as the Mustang, you might be able to swap calipers too.

I know Brembo did at least a cost purposal for 2010 SHO brakes, but it would've costed $5k to the customer so Ford scrapped the plan. You could see if they plan on making that purposal for the aftermarket. You could always get your rotors machined to be slotted or cross drilled too, but I don't think you would gain anything from that since your swept area would actually decrease without an increase in diameter.

On a luxury/performance sedan it could be a great choice. Adjustable ride height with no loss in comfort always sounded good to me.

Well, there has also never been an engineered suspension kit for any Taurus. Lowering Springs alone is not a suspension upgrade as it all needs to be dialed in as a package with the appropriate shock valving, bushings, anti lift / anti dive kit, etc.
Delphi's Magnaride, would be a nice package http://delphi.com/shared/pdf/ppd/chsteer/magneride.pdf and you don't have the harsh ride problems on rougher surfaces.

This is what all of the Crown Vic/Grand Marquis guys do, since no on makes a kit for that either, unless you have rear air ride, because Eibach makes a front spring kit and then you just adjust the height of the air ride to compensate. Since coilspsrings.com has alread donr a bunch of CV's they know the spec, but it would be abit more difficult with an unkown to begin with. The CV guys haven't had any problems with their springs though.

Most of the street rod guys, as well as track folks, do it all the time. Eaton makes a lot of OEM springs, which is why they have a lot of blueprints for factory setups. If they have that, you could specify what load rating and height you want. If not, you could get the specs for the factory springs and discuss with them what it would take to get what you want.

Similar to what Vadim did with the linear springs, but he had QC problems with whatever vendor he selected to make them. Personally, I would rather have linear springs than the progressive setup that Eibach has. Better for track use. That's what I've got on the LGT coilovers.

I really love all the tweaking you are doing to your 2010, but I will lose all respect for you if you but a ricer hood and crack prone rotors on your car.

...I agree, the car is probably still too new.

Once the car is a year or two old & has more of a following I would think Eibach of all companies would definitely make some springs for this application.

They may never make a whole "kit" for it though...in which case you'd have to wait for other companies to come out with shocks, swaybars, etc. and then just pair them up with your Eibach's.

If not, I'm sure other companies will come out with springs, shocks, coilovers & other suspension upgrades. Just give it time!

I have SHO Shop Linears on my SHO. I like them better than eibach and intrax springs. Downside is that the linears really drop the car 2.5" in the front and 1.5" in the rear. I have TCE adjustable arms so aligning the rear was easy the fronts were a little more difficult. My halfshafts wear quicker too since the car is lowered and they run at a slight angle all the time.
The new 2010 owners can get a committed number of people with downpayments upfront you may be able to convice one of the manufacturers make a run of springs.

Thanx man !! Yellow was a tough choice but no regrets. Sadly its been parked for two years, last year I played with a Lightning and this summer was getting ready for my son.

The real sad thing is my SHO has been parked right next to it the last 3 months since I bought it.
First it was all new brakes, now its a trans or vss issue.

If it wasn't for my Saturn id be screwed !
