SO I pulled the motor to fix a front pump seal on the transmission, did front main on motor and rear main on motor, did VSS, put it all back together drove for 16 miles just fine then BANG their goes the tranny. Im glad I have another tranny sitting in my garage took me three hours to get that motor and tranny out. BOy am I ******, any diff between a 93 tranny and a 94 tranny I have matching torque converters ya know a TC for the 93 tranny and a TC for the 94 tranny.

its an ATX thats why you need an MTX. the ATX tranny's go all the time.

top off the trans?? YU CAN TAKE THE TOP OFF THE TRANS!! YeA I topped it off its just my luck though.

If it only took him 3 hours to remove the engine and trans, he probably knows what's up.


OP...I think the 94 has a few upgrades. Not sure though.

93 ATX is different than the 94-95 (spline count)

As long as you have the trans and torque converter, you are good to go.
