Anyone interested in a clearance deal on a set of +35 High Power Silver PR1.2's in 16x7? We have a set in stock that we need to sell.

Please note that these do not fit over Cobra brakes (but then again, they are 16's ...).

Thanks!

Those 13" brakes with the 16" rims are a little to close for comfort IMHO. But I did notice..you have a gen3 subframe in that red car. I'm jealous!

Correct, we reccomend that they only be used for street use in that configuration. For track use, get a set of 17x8 PR1.2's.

Yep, that's Kirk Doucette's car www.NESHO.com - look in the gallery for the red Gen II

I may do that eventually. More pressing matters right now (fixing tranny mount, body work, tuning)

Very nice. Just emailed him if he can do one for a Gen2 ATX.

We just got 6 of these in Glitter Silver. The PRII's take a long time to come in, so if you were considering these, now is the time! :)

They are heavier and wider-spoked than the PR2 and PR1.2, so we'd never feature them, but we can sell you any TD wheel you want (within reason ..). Pricing is likely the same as the other 17x7 we offer.

Using 17x7 to compare (available in all three types):

PR1.2 7.0 x 17 from 7.9kgs (17.3lbs)
PR2 7.0 x 17 from 7.5kg (16.5lbs)
PR3 7.0 x 17 from 8.2kgs (18.0lbs)

Josh,

I'll be talking to you in the near future. I love the look of those wheels. Do you know if they offer them in a 17x8?

Here are a couple of pics of the brake setup that I just finished up for the Gen I/II w/ Gen III subframe cars - also fits Gen III cars (won't fit the Gen I/II knuckles).

SHO NUT 1325x11 96 99 Brakes inside

Coleman 13.25x1.1 custom rotors, directional vaned, balanced, grooved and heat treated
Wilwood FSL calipers
Modified Wilwood hats
Team Dynamics PR2 16x7 wheels (yes, 16" ...)
Very lightly massaged 96 knuckles (on 98 subframe) (just 1/16" removed from the knuckle to clear the caliper ears, on one knuckle ear only)
Custom bracket and spacers (spacers shown are still prototypes - finals will be welded to the bracket)

Can't wait to get this on the road! :)

Once we finalize the spacers, we can start offering this kit for sale for all the Gen III subframe guys that have our Pro Race II 16x7 wheels ... :) Oh, and yes, when we track the car, we run 17x8 wheels, for more airflow. 16x7 is for street/drag only. :)
