I just ordered Eibachs, and I'm buying Monroe SenseTracs for the '90.

I'm looking around for Strut mounts and find this:

with Eibachs and Monroes, is there any need or reason for adjustable mounts?

"Police" notations on 95% of Ford replacement parts meant nothing except for "sprayed with blue paint".

I know this thread is a year old and my question will probally more than redundant, but I just bought SHO2SEEs 1994 and with his suspension mods I would like to get a good replacment mount as his have gone the way of the dinosaurs. At advanced auto they have MOOG mounts that look beefier than the monroe mounts, but they are about 6x more expensive per strut mount. Is this worth it or are the monroe mounts the way to go? sorry for being a pain, but I don't want to put sub par mounts in and be back in the same spot in 6 months. Thank you for your time and help. Some rear mounts are rubber coated, cheap ones are just powder coated stamped steel---makes no difference, really. Front mounts are almost all the same.

If you have the choice, I say get the mounts made in the USA.
