And i have 2 SHO's that stumble undere 3 k and burn ALOT of oil.. haha between the two of them i use like an oil change per month!

one of 'em aint yours...
chances are the stumble should clear up with a new set of wires. the ATX I test drove over a year ago had a stumble at low revs but would wake up during acceleration. you could see the wires arcing when you opened up the hood...

Yeah, thats what im thinking too.. that and a Cam sensor. leaky seals do bad things to sensors.
