i was looking into getting a ZEX/NOS kit soon,a smaller shot 50-75
and i was hoping some of you would post your feedback/concerns on
running roughly this setup,i have already instaled the walbro 155
fuel pump for extra fuel.
i have read that running a single jet before the TB can cause puddling
on the valves causing them to burn up,however i think in that instance
it was a larger 125shot would this be a problem on a set up like im
thinking of?

The puddling you heard of is with the wet kits. The dry kits do not tend to puddle in the intake. I run a 75 shot on my 3.2 swap car and it has no ill effects. I do recommend getting a Tweecer just to be on the safe side but it is not necessary. Get the Zex 82011 kit if you go with them instead of Nitrous Oxide Systems. I also recommend getting a bottle warmer to keep optimum bottle pressure.

Zex is the way to go. Can't beat the safety of computer controlled to shut off when it gets too lean.

The zex kit does not actually shut off if you are running lean though... It will shut off when it THINKS you are running too lean but that helps nothing because of the fact that it is not using a wideband O2 to decide it. It only checks the fuel pressure regulator. If airflow to the regulator stops, it backs off on the nitrous. This is where Zex has confused most of it's buyers. They think that the zex kits will not hurt their motor from running too lean. This is wrong. If an injector shuts off halfway through spraying, you will damage something from running way too lean. The zex kit will not compensate for that in the next revolution either. So if you don't let off the gas, then it will still be spraying nitrous in all cylinders including the one with no injector.
