Okay, yes I've searched! On my Zex kit, it says to hook one of the wires up to my TPS. I just don't know which wire on the TPS to hook into? I believe there are 4 wires on the TPS plug. Which one do I hook to? Also, are there any better quality plugs than autolites to use? Thanks!!:thumb:

i thought it was three wires, and the middle one...

it is the one that increases voltage as throttle is applied, a VOM should be able to tell you that.

Maybe it is three wires, I can't remeber. I was hoping that somebody who had this set up could just look at theirs and tell me which wire it was.....

Another issue.... slap some hose clamps on the vacuum lines going to the FPR. Zip ties can work, the small ones, but just make sure to periodically check them.

Yeah, got all the wiring/lines hooked up last night. I ended up using small zip ties, they worked well IMO. I also made my own cold air-fender intake, which I'm pretty proud of.....I'll have to post pics. I didn't want to mound the nozzle into the rubber flex line. I can't decide where to put the bottle in the trunk. I would like to put it on the left side towards the back, but there's that sunken in area to stow junk that makes it hard to mount it correctly........grrrrrr.

Thanks man. I do want to keep mine out of the way as much as possible though since I use my car for work, and have to carry stuff in the trunk all the time. Here is a pic of the intake I made up, and where I mounted the nozzle. The zex box is not wired in this pic yet though.....CopyofDSC05851

Thanks! Yes it's autozone, well at least the main part you see, and the rubber connectors. I had a 90 degree elbow from another intake project laying around that I used for the in-fender filter setup. I think the setup cost me $60.

sasho91, do you have a purge, and if so, where did you vent the purge line? I can't decide where to vent mine. I also need to get a short line to go from the zex unit to my in car nitrous guage............man, will I ever be done with this project?:nut:

No, I don't...

I've always liked a hood purge by the windshield... Always gets the attention.

Do not run a nitrous line to a gauge inside the car! That is a recipe for diaster.

Get a real N2O pressure gauge with a pressure transducer and do it right.

The guage I have is made to be inside the car, it's not something that I'm
"rigging" together....maybe that's how it sounded. Believe it or not, it is a "real" guage too.......it's not make believe.:) Doing something right is a matter of opinion. Thanks for your concern though. :thumb:
