Would a B9B1 replace an LOS PCM?

Trying to help out a youngin with a non powered fuel pump in her 91. I've talked her through running a 12 volt line directly to the pump wiring at the Inertia shut off switch and she can hear the pump run.

I have an "M" code CCRM I can give her to try but would also like to give her another PCM, but I don't have an LOS like she currently has in the car. Might a B9B or B9B1 work? Thanks in advance.
