Wobbly speedo

Well speedometer is fixed! I took off the cABle at the transmission, shot penetrating **** up the cable turned the cable by hand and let it sit with the end elevated so the **** would go all the way up the cable. Hooked it back up went for a drive and no wobbly speedo and no noise! I will see how long it lasts but for now its good!
