window replacement help needed

Hey guys, my rearmost drivers side window has been broken out and the quotes to replace it are from 400-600 dollars. It is tarred in it looks like. How do I remove a used window from a junk yard car and how do I install it? Do I need a heat gun? It is the fixed rear wing style window so there is no confusion. Any help would be great. If you're talking about the trangular window, i believe it is bolted in.
