Hello ecoboost community,
I have finally finished the design of this kit and the adapter brackets required. I have placed an order for (Qty 9) sets of CNC machined 6061 aluminum adapter brackets which allow the Wilwood Superlight-4 to be used on the 2013-2019 Taurus SHO 13.8" front rotor. This kit should also work on the 2010-2012 SHO assuming the customer uses the 2013+ front rotor. This brake kit saves approximately 25lbs of weight off the front of the car total when compared to the existing front calipers and mounting brackets. This kit utilizes 4 piston forged aluminum calipers, bp20 street pads, and stainless braided brake lines. The following Wilwood components, which are sold separately, are needed to complete the kit. I found the best pricing for these items throughSummitRacing.com.
This kit total should come in very close to the $1000-$1050 range after all items are purchased and make an affordable brake upgrade possible for the community.
The adapter brackets and mounting hardware kit is $400 shipped and are on a first come first serve basis. They will ship out the 3rd week of March, most likely Monday the 15th. I accept cashapp, google pay, and PayPal. Please PM me for any additional questions regarding the kit or payment method.
Thank you.
