Now I know that the taurus has 4 bulbs total, 2 on each side. I'm going to guess that 1 set is for low beams and one set is for high beams. I believe these are dual filament so what would I do for that? Should I just buy 2 pairs and install them in all 4?

I believe that all taurii have a single head lamp. So 1 pair will work for you. And for you, with a gen 2, the 9007 will work. You've got your head lamp, and the corner light. The corner light is probably a 194 or 194a.

Those probably don't come with light bulbs. You could just use the same bulbs from you car, or purchase new light bulbs. I think a new pair of bulbs shouldn't be more the $4.

just FYI those clear corners arent the "LOWEST PRICE EVER" as they state, i've seen them on ebay for 45 before, sime with and some without that chrome trim (which IMHO will look worse than amber with no chrome)
