will 3rd cat delete throw a code to fail emissions?

Contemplating doing the 3rd cat delete but i dont want e.missions problems in the future. My state only requires all emissions redisness checks to be complete...thoughts?

It shouldn't it's after all 4 of the O2 sensors... so here would be no way the ECU knows it's gone.
