Who rents out Rotunda tool kits??

Hey everyone, I'm just looking for SHO parts vendors or someone that will rent a Rotunda tool kit. I gotta pull my valves out and clean them up (they're no longer closing all the way with 1,500 miles worth of burning LOTS of oil).

Can't seem to find any links to vendors anymore these days, and I forget who I remember seeing carry one for rent last year. Thanks in advance!
