I searched and surmised this:
Synthetic fluid is not recommended for new rings with 'paper', which is what I assume SHO NUT is sending to me.

Organic(?) fluid is the way to go.

So which organic should I buy from one of the auto stores? Please give a specific type and brand. Also should I add Ford Friction Modifier(FFM) right away, or at a later time.

I know this subject is beaten to death, but please be patient with me. I'm trying.

Thanks,
Tom

You cannot err by using the fluid spec'd in the owners manual. The Type F (or MERCON ATF) with the Ford friction modifier worked great in my refreshed 1991 MTX.
