Which thermostat for the s/c?

Pretty sure the Motorcraft 180 degree RT-1112 should suit your needs just fine.

I believe the RT-1112 is a 190 degree thermostat (88° C). E9DZ-8575-B.

FWIW, it's also the one I use on my supercharged mocha 91, so it should be ok for your supercharged mocha 91.

Woops, I was wrong. The Rev A RT1112 was a 180 degree, but the Rev B RT1112 is a 190 degree - And Ford lists it for both 3.0 and 3.2L SHOs.

You can get them from FPN, http://www.fordpartsnetwork.com/ or at least they still list them.
