Okay, I ran codes and these is the results:
The ones involving the O2 sensor I get, but what does 332, 411, 538, and 543. What should I do to fix these errors?

111 System checks OK

136 (R) Oxygen sensor not switching/system lean Left or Front HO2S

176 (M) Oxygen sensor not switching - system is or was lean Left or Front HO2S

177 (M) Oxygen sensor not switching - system was rich Left or Front HO2S

332 (R,M) EGR did not open/respond during test or if memory code, did not open intermittantly

411 (R) Idle speed system not controlling idle properly (generally idle too high)

538 (R) System did not receive "goose" test - TESTS

543 (O) Fuel pump monitor circuit shows no power (M) (Service 556 code first if present) Fuel pump relay or battery power feed was open

The 332 code can mean either plugged EGR "nostils" or a malfunctioning EGR. Search on "332" and "nostrils" and you will find a great deal of information. The 538 was because you didn't "goose" the throttle when prompted during the test and is not a fault. The 411 could be either a faulty idle air control valve or a vacuum leak causing a high idle, but since the 177 shows a rich mixture, the vacuum leak is not likely. The O2 sensor codes could be due to old, worn our O2 sensors or another problem such as the EGR fault or a vacuum leak. If the sensors are more than 60,000 miles old they are due for replacement.

Thanks, that helps a lot. A couple questions, what should I do for code 543?
And, do I have to take the entire intake cover off just to clean the egr nostrils?

Can anyone help explain what code 543 means and what I have to do to fix it?

Also, does the intake HAVE to come off the engine in order to clean out the EGR nostrils? If not, does anyone know of a tutorial to show how to clean it?

First I would clear the codes and see if it comes back. Then if it does.....

TC 543 is Fuel pump secondary circuit failure

Engine Starts:

HO2S short to power (dual HO2S applications).

Damaged Powertrain Control Module (PCM).

Does the engine start?

NOTE:
Due to the internal circuitry of the PCM, a left/front HO2S signal short to power could produce a DTC 542 or 543.

Key off.

Disconnect left or front HO2S sensor.

Measure resistance between HO2S signal pin and KEY POWER pin at the HO2S sensor connector.

Is resistance greater than 10,000 ohms?
