Hey guys I have a 94 MTX with the 13" cobra front brakes. The wheel bearing was bad so I bought a new wheel bearing with hub for a 94 tarus sho. Did i buy the wrong wheel bearing and hub beacuse mine has the cobra brakes in the front, is the knuckle still stay the same for this swap? My mechanic said I need a new knuckle to so what would I buy? What year taruse Knuckle?

Why is your mechanic saying that you need a new knuckle? If you need one, I would go to a junkyard to get it or post a WTB here on the forum.

He said the knuckle is bad the bearing isnt going to sit in right. Will any knuckle work like the slo or does it have to be a sho?

$40 for the bearing on 94 - 95 taurus SHO from advanced is what i was quoted at about 2 months ago and it needs to be pressed out and pressed back in.
harbor freight sells cheap presses for around $50 right now from the paper i just seen.

I used a knuckle from a sable on mine after my GF went around jumping curbs, just make sure the new knuckle has the hole for the ABS sensor:thumb:

While you're out getting knuckles, make sure you get one with the ABS sensor attached. Just unplug it from the harness in the car. This way, you don't need to worry about swapping over ABS sensors which normally don't come out in one piece. If you do end up swapping in a sensor, coat the ABS sensor hole with anti-seize.
