It's great to be here. I've been looking into the cam issue and have e-mailed Kirk about getting the welding done. Probably within the next month or so. I know there is a tentative meet scheduled for next month, but is anyone interested in getting together sooner? Some sort of informal thing? I just missed the last cruise you guys had. Let me know.

Rob, FYI Kirk's on the road right now doing camwelds, so if he doesn't see your mail right away, give him a couple of weeks. He should be back around the end of the month.

We're going to be having a Dyno Day in early April as well. Will keep everyone posted when the date's finalized.

02 sensors can be had cheap and easy to replace, talk to eric steidinger (SHOTIME) about a fuel pump cheap, i know he has one wink , alignment i dunno take it to pepboys or something cheap like that. And the clutch, all i have to say is don't do burnouts, don't race the car, and don't slip it to much, that will give you some life and bide you some time to save your $$$

If you go to Mr. Tux, ask to be a "prom rep" for your school, they will give you 10% discount cards to give to all your buddies, for every card one of your friends brings in you will be given another $10 off your tux, i got 2 free tuxedos my junior year in highschool for doing that.

I can't really help you on tickets, my parents offered to pay for mine, maybe you could drop the hint to mom and pop.

H2 limo, you be the limo organizer, let all the people in your party pay you, divide it up amongst everyone, and what ever is extra charge them a couple bucks more each and you get to ride for free.

Look at that i just turned $1500 into about $400

capisci?

See you're looking at it all wrong.

Its $1100 less than you originally had to spend.

Its called spending money wisely or atleast penny pinching. Don't go out on weekends and spend stupid money on fast food, movies, gas. Take mom or dads car, check which one has gas in it, only go short distances, take your friends back to your house and eat the food there, or just don't eat when you don't have to. Don't go rent movies or go to the $10theatre. There are plenty of nightly movies on. I'm sure there are other expenses to.

Steve see theres a way to save. Just start putting it away and don't touch it, when you do go to spend money on something stupid, don't. Put it away and you will save the money its march, proms not until atleast early may, you got 2 months, start saving and try to do what I said, its cost effective and trust me, it actually works.

Speaking of a far superior ranger, What can you do to get me into a 4.0 4x4 say around Oct evil_gri

If things go well I should be able to get my current truck at least to the point where I owe what it's worth (assuming KBB isn't too far off what a dealer really would offer for trade in)and have a few k for down payment. Obviously I am going for the all power version too!

BTW does the custom audio stuff I installed help or hurt what I would get for trade in?

Chris, i will be able to help you out. Shouldn't be a problem.

The custom audio stuff won't make a difference at all, either way, we don't really even take that into account unless its extensive.

Lemme know around the end of the summer what you wanna do and i should be able to take care of you into an 05.
