I've had a '95 MTX and a VERY modded '97 but am looking into getting another SHO. Its a '93 ATX w/ 124k. I am wondering where to start for a fun but 'dependable' daily driver. Here's my train of thought so far:

MAINTENANCE!!!!
Remove intake silencer
K&N filter
BBB
Ported runners
UDP
'94-'95 ECU

Anything I should do to open up the exhaust?

'dependable' = Maintenance, maintenance, maintenance. :swing:
a) Upper and front 60K
b) Suspension + Brakes
c) Tires

For an ATX, I'd recommend building it first, and then doing motor mods. Even though, as I was doing mine, my trans still lasted me up to 173.5k. My built one has lasted me just over 50k so far, and it shifts like the day I picked it up.
