Wheel (suspension) problem

Hello fellas
So I have problem with my 93 civic ex. I bought it a couple months ago is all stock, and I wanted to lowered it but then I realized the right front wheel is closest to the to rear part of the fender. And if I put lowering springs the wheel will hit the fender. I had never work with non of this pieces so I so confused.

Something is seriously bent. You need to take it to an alignment or frame shop for them to look at, it's impossible to tell over the internet.

And this should be in General Discussion, not the SHO specific suspension forum.
