Wheel spacers...few questions

Ok, I bought some new wheels and I'm going to need some spacers. The spokes on the wheels are going to just barely rub the caliper. Summit has some from Mr.Gasket that are 7/16 but they are not the right bolt pattern. I was told I could use a Dremel to open up the holes to fit our bolt pattern, or does anyone know of a place that makes them to fit our cars?

Got any old rotors lying around? Just cut the centers out and trim them. What size wheels did you get?
