Yes.

This was an ATX 3.2 with EGR converted to an MTX and a non EGR manifold by my son. The DPFE connector is still there.

What's DPFE?

I do believe it has the ATX PCM, if that matters as to why the secondaries aren't opening.

Differential Pressure Feedback Exhaust Sensor. Measures EGR valve pressure, prevents excess exhaust from being pumped into the intake.

that will not impact your secondaries working or not working.

however, also back there should be a small vacuum canister with lines to the secondary actuators and a solenoid to close them at low rpms - is that stuff on yours? and working?

I'll check ASAP.

Other than this apparent issue, the thing runs fantastic. Smooth idle, very tractable.
