Whats the name of this part, cable shifter component

Hey guys, i need a little help identifying this part so that I can find a replacement. It keeps slipping off and I can't shift. It is beneath the car near the oil pan. The rubber bushing thing.

The name of that part is "Reason For Rod Shifter Upgrade".

It's not available individually. The cable itself is long discontinued but it's E9DZ-7W051-A

Here's a clip that I think I got from shonut about 8 years ago. Works great. I'm sure one could be fabbed up pretty easily.
