What to do with the '93 - any Ideas ?

I posted a while back about this black/black '93 ATX 164K (now black/tan) that I bought basically for use of the interior only, as it was near mint full leather. The car is just sitting at my fathers property in Hatfield MA, not too far from Mike Holhuts house if anyone knows where that is (blast from the past?) Long story short, the Town of Hatfield wants my old man to get rid of 3 vehicles he has on the property that are not registered, the SHO being one of those vehicles. It drove up from CT under its own power with a badly slipping ATX (went through 5qts of ATF just to get there) I don't mind scrapping the vehicle, but I really hate to see a SHO motor go to waste if nothings wrong with it. I have all the tools plus an engine crane and stand that I would like to put it on so I can learn how to work on it and re-build it. What I dont have is the knowledge or man-power to take said SHO motor out of the vehicle. Other more far-fetched ideas included a LeMons vehicle ! (I have a clean title for it) I just need a team....Or are none of these ideas worth my time/money and just scrap it all and be done with it?

Pull the motor, and maybe the CCRM, anything else sorta SHO specific and scrap the rest.

Minimal rust starting on the underside of the rear wheel wells. Clearcoat has peeled in multiple locations. The previous owner used it as a family car, so he took care of it really well.....until the trans took a dump. I have the interior completely stripped except the dash and steering wheel, and I have my mocha seats/other misc. parts just sitting in it unbolted. Even the carpet was flawless when i took it out.

Well, as I said in my first post I would really like to keep the engine myself so I can work on it and re-build it. If I dont have anyone to help me take it out then I would just have a scrapyard come and give me money to haul it all off. I'm not trying to sell pieces off of it.
