hey, i just got a pretty decent sized exaust leak yesterday (well, it leaked a little before on WOT, i could hear it when i was next to a solid object)

anyways, what seals the y pipe to the rest of the catback? it leaks right there, i can feel the exaust come out from the bottom at that clamp.

Heh, dont be suprised by this leak. Its a doughnut gasket and a LOT of shos gets leaks there. My advice to you, go to a good muffler shop and have them weld in a flex pipe for you. I replced that gaskets 3 times b4 putting the flex pipe on. Also, a bad front motor mount can make it go worse much faster becuz of engine movement.

Run a search here and you'll get a few replacement part numbers from the different manufacturers. Makes it easier when you go to the parts store. Should be less than $10 IIRC.

Yeah, NAPA will go my the F10085 number. You might want to look on there racks for replacement of the spring type bolts (15mm) while your there going at the gasket, or at least soak them and clean them. It just makes future adjustments easier.

I got them for like 5.99 or something like that.
