Hey guys,

I'm in the process of buying new tires. I can't go over 70mph without my dashboard shaking violently, but it balances out a little at around 85-90ish. Any idea of what it could be besides tires? I need new tires anyways, but just wondering if there's anything more to fix that problem.

I narrowed it down between the Dunlop SP Sport 5000's, and the Continental ContiExtremeContact. I know of a couple people who have the continentals and they really like them. Right now I have the Sport 5000's on it and don't know a lot about tires to make a decision, so any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Matt

I have the exact same problem, most likely it's how they balanced your wheels.

The ContiExtremes are good tires, I was looking at them too, but for the same price you can get a set of BFG KDWS. I hear the Contis kick up a lot of rocks due to it's outer tread pattern as well.
