Still can't see your pict, but suspect you're asking about the pass side roll damper/torque limiter (looks like a mini shock absorber) which yes, you will have to remove to change the power steering/water pump belt.

yeah i dont know i have to figure out how to get pics to work on here but your right on mr.anonymous thats what im referring to. is it hard to remove? does it have to be recalibrated for the right torque or is just a unbolt and bolt back on type of thing? thanks for the help.

The best way I've found to get to the tensioner is to remove the front passenger tire, and splash gaurd. May take a little longer, but it's less of a PITA to get at the tensioner that way.

Whoa  ...all you need is a long extension for the tensioner adjuster screw. The 14mm nut is a piece of cake, and is the 5mm hex tensioner screw.

ok sounds good it really doesnt seem that hard but when i saw the "shock absorber" i was like wtf. im going to attempt it this weekend. now from what uve guys said i have to take the tensioner off and its just one bolt? now when i put the belt on do i need to put the tensioner on and then the belt or vice versa? im goign to assume the belt goes on with some ease some stretching involved? thanks for the help guys im waiting for that manual itll be a big help.
