I was getting out of my car and I guess bumped this and it fell down. Also it looks like I bumped the OBD reader plug in so that’s showing now. Where do I put this back at?

that's exactly what it looks like. follow the plug and you should get close to where the spline parts fits into another part. You need a diagram. Many of these are in hard to access areas under the dash. might have fallen out because someone tried to replace and could not easily access the fasteners to keep it mounted in place

There is a certain procedure after replacing one to follow - don't know if that is necessary, just in case look on YT.
