washer fluid hose

So My washer fluid line cam undone at the clear plastic connector part with the little filter in it. Anyone know how this is suppose to be fastened? Heres a pic of it.

my washer fluid stop working I assumed it was the pump, where is that picture at so I can check mine?

Its between the passenger side strut tower and the engine, sometimes its routed beneath the engine dampner.

Anyone know what connects this thing?
