Hi.

Unless otherwise informed, I'll just post new videos I make regarding the MKS/SHO platform here, just to keep you guys updated.

Love it. The rears are easy peazy. Looking for the spring compressor for the front. I had one slip one time and shoot the spring across the garage. I got lucky.
What Caddy do you have?

I've got a spring compressor, and I doubt it'll slip. We'll see. Hah.

The Caddy is a 2006 DTS performance. It's much more of a project than the MKS, in terms of what it needs to be great. And there's no roadmap for performance, other than a 93 tune, but I'm gonna fix that. But the Caddy really will be Youtube material for bodywork, painting, interior work, etc, and eventually, some cool engine stuff.

Sounds good. Hopefully that year has upgraded head studs vs the other Northstars. My dad had one back in the day and the car ran great but only kept it a few years.

It does, but it still has a slight headgasket leak. However, it took me back and forth from Greenville, SC to Atlanta GA every week for two years, plus daily commuting and didn't overheat after I applied Barz to it. I only stopped driving it because the radiator went out, the waterpump seized, and the heater core went out all in the same week (probably because of Barz - LOL). I was going through some money issues, and I just parked it and drove my other cars.

Now that I'm getting it back in gear, I plan to pull the motor anyway after I blow the headgasket all the way off with power adders.

Yeeesss, power adders.

Lol. When I saw the name on the videos I thought you had 2 boosted cars like a cts v or sts v to go with the ecoboost

LOL ... nope. I almost bought a CTS-V instead of the MKS, but I had to weigh reliability issues. I'll get one someday, maybe, but I kinda like the idea of unique power more than popular power.
