Vibration in front passenger side tire

Hello have a 13 ford Taurus sho Just got done replacing ptu and rear diff along with front and rear suspension new brakes and slotted rotors and new eagle tires. And replaced rear turbo took it for a test drive and now I have a vibration come from either center of car or passenger front tire everything is tight only thing I can think of is wheel bearing or drive axle the cap for the drive axle did pop off when taking the rear diff off bearings did fall out.
