For the reducing sleeves I only need one set from shonut right? I want to make sure because that is the only part I'm waiting on to do my suspension upgrade and am on a tight schedule.

Thanks

If you're on a tight schedule then you should drill or hog out the knuckles to 1/2" to accept the larger bolt.

youll also have to bore out the outboard bushing to accept the nonfactory hardware. i used 9/16" Grade 8 hardware. using 1/2" would require using bushings inside the bushings on the inboard side. as well, with using 9/16" hardware, the knuckles and torque box have to be bored out.

I don't think drilling the holes larger is the greatest idea. The ears on the knuckles have been know to break, hence TCE selling a knuckle brace kit. If you're drilling the holes out and removing more metal, you are weakening the area that already may not be strong enough. I'd wait and just get the sleeve kit from Josh.

1 sleeve kit is all you should need, but you might need more washers, which you should be able to get at a hardware store.

Yes you only need one set, 8 sleeves and 8 washers. I would consider getting new H box bolts too.

Hole size would not have a great impact on the fracture point of the 90* bend in the casting, but still; wiser ideas come out ahead.
