Valve stem seal replacement

Anyone have a write up on replacing the valve stem seals and the best tools to do the job. My plan was to do them with the heads on the car.

You need the valve stem remover and replacer tools. They can be found with the SHO Rotunda tool kit available in the classifieds on here, or on E-bay. I tried to find the write up, but I couldn't. Perhaps, the others will chime in with a link.

You may want to try a high mileage oil to soften the seals up. It worked on my 95 MTX and its much much easier than replacing the seals.

add a quart of atf to your oil and see after 100 miles of so

I thought of that but it needs a front and upper 60k so I figured I would do everything while I have it apart.
