You can try to load pics at the shospeed website and link it. You need to have a good bolt on the end to seal properly. You will probably need an easy out or hardened drill bits and remove the broken stud. I would get another bolt from a parts vehicle either here or try Ray at Midnight auto. The metal is very weak and you need to tighten to snug without overtightening. You may need to heliciol the threaded hole if it the threads are too damaged from removal. Not fun when it's your daily driver. Alot of us have (myself included)done the very same thing. Almost did it again on the GenIII last weekend.

If its just one of the bolts at the end of the cover I wouldnt worry. Mine has been broken for over 2 years and its not leaking!

I would replace it. It wouldn't stop me from driving it to work. Man's gotta eat. Even if it doesn't leak right now I would put it on the 'to do' list before the weather gets bad again. Although bad in Vegas is different than in alot of places.

Luckily thats an easy spot to deal with. A cheap set of ez-outs from Harbor Freight or something like that will work. If it was a hard to reach area or more crucial spot I would say use a higher quality set, but for that you should be fine. Even if you do not have the tools to rethread it you could also just nut and washer it if need be, just needs to be snug, not tight enough to crack the cover.
