I was just wondering is the stock valeo clutch kit good,i seen one at rcmautomotive for $219.:thankyou:

most of the guys/gals, as am i, are going to tell you that the stock clutch is what is mostly recommended, most of the people on here are running the stock replacement clutch, except for the dozen or so that are running boosted shos

It is not only good, it is the ideal choice.
I used a ceramic Throw Out Bearing (TOB), and I don't know if it has paid off yet, because not enough miles have passed.
When you clutch finally fails, it will be the TOB and the pressure plate finger tips that let you down. Most of the time the disc is still good enough to use again.... but no one ever does.

i have a stage 2 southbend and i wish i saved the money and would of just bought this clutch... i hope i make enough power one day to take advantage of my stage 2... anyway get that clutch unless your over 300 hp.. i recomend a ceramic tob.

there normally $229 its on sale at rcmautomotive.com for $219 its the cheapest one ive found so far.
