Alright.... so I dropped my subframe down and pulled out the old front bushings. As I start to install my new aluminum SFB's I notice that the bolt will not tighten into the nut to pull up the Subframe. For the life of me, I cannot seem to find a way to get to the nut so I can screw the bolt into it!! Anybody have any advice??

There should be a small hole in the body frame that will allow you to stick a screw driver in there to wedge the nut until it starts to tighten. I think I actually got my fingers in there to keep the nut from turning.

Lift up the carpeting and make sure the nut didn't come loose from the top, that happened to me.

Lots of grease in nut and on bolt. Thread as far as possible with your finger then a screwdriver keeping the nut from turning. Make sure this is the first bolt you put in. Lower your jack to put pressure on the one bolt, and start to tighten up with wrench. The tension will keep the nut from turning in the frame.

Buy a recall kit and put the recall nut in. Then hold a wrench on it while you tighten the subframe bolt down. It's happened to me before :bonk:
