I’ve been researching the effects of upgrading the turbos on my 2011 Ford Taurus SHO and I was wondering if the bigger turbos would take longer to spool up? And if so could I have them tuned to spool up faster?

So you would rather do atp rather than hear hear or other way around?C'mon guys... stock turbos take literally less than one second to spool from idle. You've got 9 seconds (if needed) from the time you pre-stage to the time the green light flashes. Every bolt-on upgrade past or present uses the same abysmally small turbine housings with an aspect ratio of, I dunno, 0.0001? How "noticeable" can the ATP lag be? @bpd1151 did 1.70 60's with his ATPs, turned down, and probably heavier than stock.
Doesn't matter since the only choice now is GH. They take the torque curve in the wrong direction and choke the engine worse than David Carradine, but are the perfect choice if you plan on doing low speed tractor pulls with your car or just are a ****** and want to needlessly break conrods.
@Ecoboost_xsport you planning on selling those ATPs?
Edit: seriously?! I'm not allowed to say s.a.d.i.s.t.? This site is f*cked
You will have a difficult time finding ATP's. Much less ones without cracked exhaust housings, if you can even find them.So you would rather do atp rather than hear hear or other way around?
