Well they ran a diag. and said nothing could be found they check the fuel stuff and everything else. They were able to produce the problem but they said it was due to the winter gas in a high reving engine. He said I will notice a diff when they change over to the summer gas.

The gas may be a contributing factor but I tend to doubt it. I still say return line check valve. Orange/red rubber thing on the fuel pump sending unit around $6-8 at the dealer.

Dude, not trying to knock on your mechanics but Scott is right on this one. I have the same thing in my car too. I seriously doubt it has anything to do with gas. Otherwise it would happen every winter  , this just started for me. Their statement reeks of BS. What kind of self respecting vehicle can't use gas in the winter.

reminds me of when i told and ex girlfriend of mine that she needed to change the air in all of her tires from winter air to summer air... (yes she was a true dumb blonde.. no offense to blondes intended)... What made this so damn funny was that she actully took her jeep to a service station and asked them to change winter air to summer air in her tires... Good thing she took it to a station that knows me... They changed the air out and called me after she left laughing there @SSES OFF

Yeah It did'nt make sense to me. If my SHO does it then how come my dads car doesn't do it. Maybe they didnt want to fool with it. But when I came in there I told them that it may be the return line check valve they said they checked everything and they concluded it is the gas. I concluded that there is still a prob. He said if the problem presists bring it back in. At least they didnt make me pay 60.00 to diagnos

The check valve doesn't come up on a computer diagnostic. Can't tell by looking at it either. You gotta drop the tank and just replace it. If it's bad gas I'm sure there's an additive you can drop in your tank.
