Two southern Maryland SHO finds

Hey y'all, I live in Lexington Park (SE of DC), and I cruise the SoMD classifieds... found two SHOs that somebody might wanna take a look at.

They're about an hour away from DC on route 5. Once I get back to MD in early Feb, I can take a look at them for somebody if they want. Both are right by me... but two SHOs is enough for me for the moment!
