The first problem is that the drivers side door lock cylinder isnt working, meaning i cant unlock that door with the key. I have been going around to the passenger side and hitting the unlock button after i get in. I took the panel off and saw that a white clip that looks as though it hooks onto the cylider is off. I can't figure out how to get it on. Anyone know how?

The second problem is that my drivers side rear window is not working. It doesn't work from either of the controls. The only thing i did to that was check the fuses under the dash. TIA guys!!!

well for the lock all you really can do is shove it on there but it will fallout if it is out already cause odds are it got worn... you can get new ones in the "HELP!" isle of your fav auto parts store...

as for the window... I would first try cleaning the switches (both) then see if the connection to the motor are good.. if so you could have a dead motor or grounded wire somewhere

I think I know the clip you're talking about. In 9 years of locksmithing those clips never got easier to put on. It's really a 3 handed job, in a spot big enough for 1 hand. If you could post a picture of the cylinder, clip, and inside of the door, I'm sure I could help you out.
