just needed to ask if the tweecer can be used on two different cars? i dont know what comes with the kit and hot it is installed but i was thinking putting the same tune on 2 different cars. does the tweecer need to be plugged in at all times to run the tune?

It can be used on more than one car, however, only one car at a time. It physically must be plugged into the computer to work.

Yup , and it has 4 positions (slots) to store a tune in each one of them , so just by switching the button , you switch from a tune to another. You can install it only in the cars listed on the tweecer site (mostly mustangs-tbird and ford trucks)

haha i like ur avatar, "shos before hoes"

but on a serious note if i split the cost of the datalogger with a friend that would work out right? because you only datalog when you want to.

lol, thanks, but I don't think I was the first to think of it. I think I've seen it somewhere on here before. If the original creator of it sees it, feel free to let me know if you don't want me using it...

anyway, if you're going to datalog two cars, there is no real problem with that. As long as you're not trying to do both cars at the same time! But yeah, you'll need to make sure you get the R/T version if you're going to do datalogging.

Tuning a car no matter what brand your car is , it's pricey period. Go through SHONUT if you go that route. I got the PLX no gauge for something around 280$. The DataQ (25$) is to link the PLX to your laptop so you can see the AFR through the laptop in the same time you monitor your Tweecer without the 2.5 inch gauge.

Yup you see it in the CALCON (program you use to datalog) , so you do a re-play of your engine running with all the sensors data (rpm-temp-etc) PLUS you see the live AFR for the current rpm and such in the program.

yes, and no. There are very few people who can burn LPMs nowadays. You might contact Mike Glover (www.tweecer.com) and see what he can do for you.

I looked in the tweecer forums and there are some people who did it, just wondering if it were only for their cars, I beleive they used a Moates chip.

I also like your phrase "Shos before hos", its my new motto!
