Anyone read this TSB??
* AFTERMARKET POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE CALIBRATION, NON-FACTORY MODIFICATION OR AFTERMARKET COMPONENTS

A very interesting read. I won't post the whole thing here, since it listed in the sticky,
but about PCM flashes it says:

If aftermarket power/torque-increasing modifications are
suspected, care should be taken to record and
store the following items:
Permanent Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs), Pending DTCs, Freeze
Frame Data, Mode 6 and Mode 9 data. The data
should be printed and attached to the repair order
for later reference. The DTCs, freeze frame data, Mode 6 and 9 data
can be obtained by using the IDS, PDS NGS+VCM under tool box selection. The Powetrain tab will provide the OBD Test Modes tab and Mode engine 6 and 9 data selection after the vehicle has been the specified range can result in DTCs.

Also mentions Cat Backs:
• Exhaust air path/system.
Removal of catalysts or mufflers/resonators to
reduce exhaust backpressure may result in
over-speeding the turbo(s).
I hope they don't try and deny a warranty claim on an engine problem because of a cat-back or even a CAI.

Just thought I would throw this out there, again it's an interesting read, I don't know what exactly they can grab from the PCM,
any Techs out there that can find out about the acronyms they are talking about in the TSB?

Be CAREFUL out there!

Theres a FAT part of the PCM that is burned when the PCM is flashed, therefore it records even if you flash it, then remove the program... Been this way since around 2005-2007. Its nothing new, theyre just keeping a closer eye on it nowadays.
