TRW front offset strut mount

I saw this on ebay yesterday and I have a couple questions:

1) Their application says it's good for 89-95 Taurii, but the TRW suspension sheet on the shotimes site http://www.shotimes.com/php-bin/images/trwsuspension.jpg says it's only good up to '90. Anyone ever use this particular p/n to fix their camber issues on a Gen2?

2) Is this similar to/exactly the same as the Prosuspension setup? http://www.prosuspension.com/product_info.php?cPath=1137_44_298_727&products_id=472
