Trouble cooling fan

My cooling fan wont come on at all. unless I wire it to a sorce of power. and I have all ready checked the relay box. could it be my temp sensore?

The fan is switched on by the relays under the control of the PCM.

Also, check for 12V at pins 1 and 2 (Black/Orange) of the relay module on the upper radiator support. These pins provide the power to the fan via a fusible link.

Well it has been in peices for a littke bit... so I need to put it back to gether... but it is geting 12 volts. and I haven't had the a/c on cause I don't want it to over heat... but I'll try it and see if it will come on then but first I need to put my dash back in...
