Tranny fill plug help

I am having trouble finding the Tranny fill plug. I have read a description of where it is but it hasn't helped me locate it. Can somone post a picture of it or any other help. Thanks

on the front of the trans(facing the radiator)there is a 3/8 square plug just above the drain plug....use a 3/8 rachet and a small 3" extention and lossen it right up...if you still have trouble finding it LMK and ill try and find a pic of it for you...

Right in the middle of this pic, you can see the square. I know its not in the car but thats the side that faces the rad. You should beable to picture it in the car.

The owners manually doesn't even call for a MTX tranny fluid change. But I wouldn't do that. Maybe every 20k would be a good idea and will keep it really fresh. Everyone will have a different opinion on this though.

Very true, everybody will differ in opinion on how long to wait before changing it out. I check mine every oil change for both fluid level and fluid quality. Generally speaking I change it out every 2nd to 3rd oil change, but that's just me. I try to do oil changes every 2500-3000 miles.
