I think that somehow part of my key is enabled on my 2015 Taurus sho of the features that my key changes "and I have never had enabled since I've owned it 4/20/2021" so on the satellite radio it says "my key restricted" for any adult station I thought that, that was the only thing being controlled but now that we finally had the first snow of the year I was looking for the traction control settings in the left side of the instrument panel under driver assist and there's no option for traction control or for my key any body ever see this or know how to fix it with only one key in my possession

Unfortunately, you cannot fix that if you only have the 1 restricted fob. You will need to go to the dealer and have them program a 2nd master fob, and then with that you can change the restrictions (or eliminate them) on the current fob.

The fob you have cannot be a master if you are getting the message you quoted above "my key restricted" because that only happens on the non-master.

There is a Dorman product that will work and I have heard it can be done through ForScan. I have used the Dorman product and can confirm it works. DORMAN 99377
